This two hour workshop will be a mixture of yoga practice and experiential processing that will open you up to letting go of resentments and shame. Old wounds or mistakes that we carry with us into the present become burdensome and painful. Free yourself, both on and off the mat, to finally forgive, let go, and move on through grace.
