Join us for Saturday night meditation with Tiffany, where we will take time to gently stretch and move to prepare our bodies to sit before guided meditation, then finish with a lovely savasana.
There is no set fee for this class. Please donate what you can, and all money provided that evening will go to the American Red Cross of North Texas to aid their tornado relief efforts. We are happy to accept donations via cash, check, or card.
