Methods of Self Healing

Led by Kasey Bell, this workshop will allow participants to learn and practice various forms of self healing. These self healing practices will include intention setting, self hands on energy healing, tips on how to work meditation into your daily life, restorative yoga, and crystal work.

We will be celebrating the beginning of the fall season with a large focus on grounding and learning how to ground yourself. Summer is a very high energy, active time of the year so as we move into fall will be shifting into a more introspective time of year. This will be the perfect opportunity to incorporate more grounding into our daily lives. 

All attendees will receive a free clear quartz point.
