October Beginners Series

Have you thought about trying Yoga? Have you been hearing about all the wonderful health benefits of Yoga? Are you nervous about getting started, or wondering where you might like to start? Well, we have the perfect place for you!

Come check out our Beginners Series starting October 10th. In this series of four, 70-minute classes, Sandra will guide you through foundational practices to leave you feeling less stressed, relaxed, and refreshed to feel your best.

The series is perfect for those brand new to yoga, or for people that want to ease their way back into a yoga practice with a sequential, well-rounded series. This series is also wonderful for those that have chronic pain and/or stiff joints and want to build their strength, flexibility, and balance through a gentle yet very effective practice.

Classes will introduce you to the practice of yoga, including circulation exercises for more energy and better mobility, breathing techniques for stress reduction, practices for increased energy and vitality, postures for strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. You will also be taught basic yoga philosophy, so that you will feel confident entering regular group classes.

About Sandra:
Sandra Vanatko’s passion is sharing Yoga to all! She loves sharing with beginners! Come join her as she shares all the wonderful benefits of this practice in an easy, gentle, and effective way that will inspire you to practice and give you the confidence to believe that you CAN do Yoga! Sandra is an ERYT 500 through Yoga Alliance and certified Yoga therapist with approximately 10,000 teaching group class hours. She is owner and visionary of Indra’s Grace and creative director of the Indra’s Grace 200 and 300 hour advanced teacher’s training programs. Her passion is sharing Yoga for all. 

Dates and Times:
Every Tuesday, from Oct 10-31
12:30-1:40p

Cost:
$55 for the series, or you may use classes from other studio packages or memberships

 The series is progressive, so while you are welcome to attend single classes as you are able, if you are a true beginner, it is best to attend the entire series.

Beginners Series class passes may only be used for classes in the beginners series and expire at the end of the series.
