A class series for those brand new to yoga, or for people that want to ease their way back into a yoga practice with a sequential, well-rounded series. The series will consist of 5 classes, once per week, and will introduce the practice of yoga postures and their modifications, breath, and basic yoga philosophy, so that you will feel confident entering regular Basic group classes.
This series begins on Fri. April 21 and runs for 5 weeks through Fri. May 19. Class is from 6:00p to 7:15p. The series is progressive, so while you are welcome to attend single classes as you are able, if you are a true beginner, it is best to attend the entire series.
The cost for the series is $65, or you may use classes from other studio packages or memberships to attend. Beginners Series class passes may only be used for classes in a beginners series. If you need to miss a class and have a beginners series pass left over, you can make it up during a future series.
