Led by Tiffany Denny
A class series for those brand new to yoga, or for people that want to ease their way back into a yoga practice with a sequential, well-rounded series. The series will consist of 5 classes, once per week, and will introduce the practice of yoga postures and their modifications, breath, and basic yoga philosophy, so that you will feel confident entering regular Level 1 group classes.
This series begins on Tues. April 12 and runs for 5 weeks through Tues. May 10. Class is from 7:30pm to 8:45pm. The series is progressive, so while you are welcome to attend single classes as you are able, if you are a true beginner, it is best to attend the entire series.
The cost for the series is $65, or you may use classes from other studio packages or memberships to attend.
