Have you ever wanted to try Yoga and feel like 2018 is your year to do so? Have you wanted to get back in touch with your practice but it’s been awhile? Would you like to start your practice in a safe and caring environment? Would you like instructors that will gently guide you step-by-step to help you build confidence in your practice and give you tools you can immediately start applying at home to feel your very best?
Our Hatha Beginners Series is constructed to give you a solid start in Yoga so you will feel confident attending our ongoing classes on our regular schedule. This 5-Week Beginner Hatha Yoga Series is designed to take away your worries about your first Yoga class and make your introduction to Yoga an enjoyable experience under the care and guidance of experienced teachers.
Whether you're a beginner, rehabilitating from an injury or illness, returning to practice after time away or just feeling anxious about starting, our Beginners Series will benefit you.
Join us this January every Tuesday at 12:30pm with Sandra or Thursday at 6:45pm with Erika. You will be delighted to find out that you too CAN practice Yoga. This practice is for everybody! You will learn asana to help loosen up stiff joints, increase mobility, flexibility, strength, and stability. You will also learn circulation exercises and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to bolster your immune system and energy levels.

This is a great place for beginners, those wanting to return to their practice, those wanting to encourage a friend to Yoga, and those practitioners that just want to review basic simple healing practices that will help you feel your best! Join RYT-500 teacher Erika Sywrn and Yoga Therapist and RYT-500 Sandra Vanatko who will guide you through this series with joy, love, laughter, compassion, passion, and patience.
