Wednesday Beginners Series

A class series for those brand new to yoga, or for people that want to ease their way back into a yoga practice with a sequential, well-rounded series. The series will consist of 4 classes, once per week, and will introduce the practice of yoga postures and their modifications, breath, and basic yoga philosophy, so that you will feel confident entering regular Level 1 group classes.
